Training for Collin College Employees Involved in the Title IX Complaint Resolution Process
At a minimum, all Collin College employees involved in the Title IX Complaint Resolution Process will receive annual training on issues related to prohibited conduct as well as how to conduct an investigation that protects victim safety and promotes accountability. This annual training includes, but is not limited to, information on the following topics:

1. Applicable laws, regulations, and federal regulatory guidance, including updates
to and new local, state, and federal regulations. |
