In order to comply with the federal government’s mandated training requirement under the 《反妇女暴力法》, various Collin College committees, departments, initiatives, and offices present programs and training sessions throughout each academic year to promote prohibition, prevention, and awareness of prohibited conduct. These programs are organized into “primary prevention and awareness programs” and “ongoing prevention and awareness programs” that are described below and offered on a continual basis.

Collin College provides primary prevention and awareness programs on prohibited conduct and other relevant topics to all incoming students, faculty, and staff. All of these programs include, but are not limited to, information on the following topics:

violence, sexual assault, stalking, and consent to sexual activity.
