Residents will pay the full semester charge for rent and meal plan before they move into Student Housing. Prior to move-in, students may make Incremental online payments, but the full balance must be paid before move-in.

A payment plan for tuition and housing charges for the semester will be available online from July 7, 2025 - September 5, 2025. The payment plan requires a 25% down payment plus a $25 set up fee at the time of enrollment with three installments afterwards. 逾期或不成功的付款将导致每次付款25美元的滞纳金。 问题吗? The Summer 2025 installment payment plan will be available online in mid-April for accounts with a minimum balance of 200美元. First installment of 50% of balance plus $25 payment plan fee will be required to set up. Second installment of 25% of remaining balance is due on May 27, 2025. Final installment of 25% of remaining balance is due on June 24, 2025.
金融援助
Residents with sufficient financial aid authorized on their student account to fund registration charges as well as rent and meal plan charges may defer payment, pending the posting of the authorized financial aid to their student accounts. Deferring payment pending financial aid awards is authorization for Collin to use the financial aid as payment for rent, meal plans, and other related housing charges prior to any remaining credit being issued as a refund to the student.
All on-campus residents are required to purchase a meal plan with Collin College Cafeteria (please click here to see "餐计划").
