Census date refers to the date in an academic term on which an institution is required to certify a student's enrollment to the coordinating board for purposes of determining formula funding for the institution. (德州教育法典54.0501)
The census date varies based on the length of the course and can be found below, along with other important dates, for the different academic periods in which courses are offered during the semester. If your specific course dates are not listed you may contact the Registrar's Office to obtain the census date for your course(s).

For classes that offer a waitlist option, the last day to add yourself to a waitlist is one week prior to the class start date. All waitlists will be cleared out and closed four business days prior to the class start date.
