Collin College is honored to announce that its 职业中心 has been recognized as a winner of the 2025 Handshake’s Career Spark Awards (CSAs). The award is based on three distinctive areas: student engagement, employer engagement, and reporting and analytics. CSAs evaluated its 1,500 higher education partners, ranking Collin College among the top 2%.

“We’re honored that our 职业中心 has been recognized by Handshake for its commitment to helping our students pursue their educational and career goals,” said Dr. Neil Matkin, Collin College district president. “Our partnership with Handshake began in 2021, and this is our second time receiving the CSAs. We’re delighted to see the impact it is making on Collin College students and the workforce.”

Handshake is the largest, most diverse early talent network in the U.S., connecting 75% of all U.S. college students through their school's career center with one million employers actively recruiting on the platform. Out of 1,500-plus schools using Handshake, Collin College is proud to be one of 40 institutions recognized this year.
