豁免 are a type of financial assistance allowing some Texas residents to attend
a public college or university in Texas without paying tuition or, in some cases,
tuition and fees.

In these cases, you will need to pay for your classes out-of-pocket, and once your

will be posted to your account. In these cases, if you paid in advance, this process
will generate a refund to you.
