The Texas Public Information Act makes a variety of information on the college available to the general public. 索取公众资料, as defined in the Public Information Act (Chapter 552 of the Texas Government Code) should be submitted in writing (by hand delivery, U.S. mail or email) to the address below. Please note that the Communications Department office hours are Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., excluding public holidays and days that the college is closed.

法律通知及要求 including documents or other correspondence that require the College or its employees to respond on behalf of the College, such as legal complaints or petitions, answers or other materials relating to litigation; subpoenas for documents or testimony including subpoenas for student education records; 法庭诉讼或聆讯通知书； 行政诉讼或听证通知书； 法院命令; 沉积通知书； 要求提供文件； 表明原因的命令； 装饰; 控制命令; notices related to breach of contract; or notices from governmental authorities and any other legal documents requiring service or notification should be delivered to the Office of the District President, Attention: General Counsel, at the address below. Please note that normal business office hours are Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., excluding public holidays and days that the college is closed.
