新生须知：
New students are issued a username and password for CougarWeb as well as a campus
wide identification number (CWID) at the completion of admission.
If you do not have your username and password, take a picture ID to the Admissions and Records Office at a campus near you or e-mail admissions@collin.edu. Requests should be generated from the email address on the student's Collin College application or from the email address on file 与 Collin's Admissions and Records office. The request should also include the student's full legal name and date of birth.
