The Collin College 校董会 is comprised of nine members, elected at large for a six-year term by voters throughout Collin County. 委员会由以下成员组成：

The Collin College 校董会, in collaboration with the District President, establishes the vision for the future of the college, its mission and strategic direction. In addition, the Trustees are responsible for establishing college policy, providing rigorous fiscal oversight, and leadership for the college’s continued growth and success in meeting the needs of its students and our community.
The Board is committed to the college’s 使命及核心价值观 and is passionate about sharing the many benefits that Collin College brings to our students and to our community.

Place 1 is currently vacant and applications for Board appointment were accepted through Friday, Oct. 24, 2025. The anticipated approval date for the Place 1 appointment is the December 9 校董会 Meeting with a swearing-in ceremony to occur during the Jan. 30, 2026 meeting. The selected individual will be appointed to serve until the next regular election of the Board, which takes place in May 2027. The individual who is duly elected in 2027 would serve the remainder of the Place 1 term. Place 1 expires in May 2029.
候选人资格
To be eligible for consideration for the Collin College 校董会, a candidate must be:
- 美国公民，至少18岁，

- a resident of Collin County for six continuous months and the state of Texas for 12 continuous months prior to the date the appointment is made.
- willing to commit to reside in Collin County for the duration of the appointment and be available to attend monthly meetings.
