1政策:

1.1校董会负责制定向参加学分课程的学生收取的费用。 This includes items such as Tuition for full- and part-time students, Room, Board, and Mandatory Fees, including the Facility Fee.
1.2 The Executive Vice President for Administration, in consultation with the Assistant Vice President for Administrative Services, the Comptroller, and others, shall establish all other rates. 这包括但不限于，特别学术费用（包括交换项目的费用），杂费和罚款，非学分学费，以及向非学生收取的费用，如运动费或会议费。
